Alain Elbaz, MD

Board-certified in both the U.S. and Canada, Dr. Alain Elbaz has been helping patients move better and live pain-free for more than 25 years. Practicing in Cypress, Texas since 1998, he’s known for his patient-first philosophy and commitment to finding less invasive solutions backed by data.

A leader in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, Dr. Elbaz has performed more than 20,000 surgical and 10,000 ultrasound-guided procedures. He’s also a recognized expert in orthobiologics—using the body’s own natural healing substances to treat joint, tendon, and muscle injuries.

As a founding partner of Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and North Cypress Medical Center, Dr. Elbaz continues to shape the future of regenerative orthopedics through his innovative, compassionate care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Elbaz enjoys fitness, travel, and skiing around the world. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married since 1990 and have three grown children.
