Dr. Lehman founded Asheville Regenerative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2020 and is very passionate about finding nonsurgical treatment options for those – young and old – who are looking to enjoy an active life.

A former college soccer player who, like many, “overdid it,” she suffered severe knee injuries that required multiple reconstructive surgeries and lengthy recoveries. So she understands firsthand what many of her patients are going through.

Following college, she went to Ohio State University for medical school, following in her father’s footsteps. Instead of orthopedic surgery, like her father, she pursued further training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Virginia.
