Commonwealth Musculoskeletal Medicine
Commonwealth Musculoskeletal Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky, is a specialist practice that focuses on pain management and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal conditions using non-surgical approaches. The practice provides the most advanced regenerative medicine treatments that can give patients an option before surgery and lessen their dependence on pain medication. We treat pain stemming from the back, neck, wrist, knee, hip, shoulder, and other areas, using advanced medical treatments and therapies. Commonwealth Musculoskeletal Medicine uses regenerative medicine techniques to treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions, supported by physical therapy and osteopathic manipulation, and other treatments where appropriate. Some of the treatments Commonwealth Musculoskeletal Medicine uses include concentrated PRP (platelet-rich plasma), Alpha 2 macroglobulin (A2M), and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC). These products are all harvested either from the patient’s blood and bone marrow. Commonwealth Musculoskeletal Medicine focuses on rejuvenating and regenerating their patients’ tissues by using these natural products to boost the body’s ability to heal itself. They use advanced imaging technologies, including ultrasound and fluoroscopy, to deliver the regenerative medicine products to exactly the right place, which takes considerable skill and extensive training to master.
