Upon returning to Omaha in 1986, Dr. Evans began practice at CHI Bergan Mercy Hospital. During his years there, he served as both Chairman of Anesthesiology and then, Director of Pain Medicine.
Four years ago Dr. Evans moved his practice to Momenta Pain Care, to work with his former colleague, Dr. Peter Piperis, and to allow him to focus on the interventional treatment of spine and musculoskeletal pain.

With the skills developed in residency, Dr. Peter Piperis established pain medicine clinics at both hospitals before fulfilling his desire to dedicate himself to providing comprehensive pain care for patients. As a result, Piperis Interventional Pain Care, now Momenta Pain Care, was founded in 2006.
