Regenexx Cayman – George Town, Grand Cayman
Home Of The Regenexx-C Procedure
Regenexx Cayman is the only location where the Regenexx-C procedure is available. The procedure requires advanced stem cell culture expansion methods not currently available in the U.S. The licensed facility has a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped to culture expand a patient’s own stem cells. The facility is also equipped to freeze and store cells indefinitely at -150C in cryopreservation.
The Regenexx procedures available in the U.S. can treat most cases, but some people with severe orthopedic conditions or who need multiple areas treated at once, may benefit from this more advanced technology.

Cultured Stem Cell Procedures
Cell culturing allows Regenexx Cayman’s cellular biologists to grow your stem cells to even greater numbers, which means our physicians have more stem cells and a higher dose to work with when treating patients. This is done without the use of any artificial chemicals or exposing cells to animal products. This exclusive culturing process generates up to 1,000 times more mesenchymal stem cells.

Why Choose Regenexx Cayman?
The Regenexx Cayman facility offers the full suite of Regenexx procedures, including Regenexx-C, the world’s most advanced orthopedic stem cell procedure.
- Regenexx Cayman is staffed with US-trained and actively practicing physicians, which sets us apart. Other international clinics in Latin America, Europe and Asia can’t be staffed with U.S. physicians due to local licensing laws.
- Regenexx Cayman is the only Regenexx facility to offer the cultured stem cell procedure Regenexx-C, which may benefit patients who require treatment in more than one joint or have severe orthopedic issues like degenerative disc disease, hip arthritis, severe knee arthritis, bulging discs, and avascular necrosis.
- Through cryopreservation, patients can safely store their stem cells, at their current biological age, and use them for future treatments.
- Cayman is well-known for its pristine beaches, excellent medical tourism facilities, political stability, and low crime rates.
People from around the world travel to Regenexx Cayman for Regenexx-C. Our patients range from Olympic athletes and medical practitioners to active people like you.
