Regenexx Patient Reviews: Great Comments from a Patient on our Wonderful Staff!

Regenexx Patient Reviews, this one about one of our incredible staff members…

Every once in awhile I get an unsolicited e-mail. Here’s one on our Regenexx intake coordinator, Jessica. If you have a Regenexx procedure, she’s your point person. I frequently walk by her office and hear nothing but patience and kindness when she’s dealing with patients. Here’s what a recent patient had to say:

“Dear Dr. Centeno,

I wanted to take a moment to let you know the incredible quality of service I have received from Ms. Bloomfield.

Since my initial call to your office earlier in May to the present, she has been unyielding in answering my questions, promptly following up on the questions that she could not answer, and doing everything in her power to meet my needs.

Not once did I feel unimportant to her.  When I asked for the opportunity to speak to others who had the stem cell procedure, she quickly provided me with names and contact information.  I was  advised  to contact her should I have difficulty reaching out to them.  Ms. Bloomfield  always completed her circles.

You are fortunate to have her in your employ and I suggest that you hold her in the palm of your hands.

Sincerely,

Maria F. Dias Raynal APRN MS BC”

I agree Maria!
