Paras P. Shah is a regenerative medicine specialist. He is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management through The American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As a part of the medical team at Regenexx Kansas City, Dr. Shah is excited to practice regenerative medicine. With over 20 years’ experience in the medical field, his focus is on correct diagnosis allowing appropriate treatment, with the goal of optimizing function that will enhance his patients’ quality of life. During his residency and fellowship training, Dr. Shah received comprehensive training and extensive exposure to musculoskeletal medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, spine and sports medicine, fluoroscopic guided spinal injections as well as ultrasound-guided peripheral joint injections. Prior to joining Regenexx, Dr. Shah has worked at Montefiore Medical Center, St Francis Medical Center, Labette Health, Pennsylvania State University, The University of Michigan in USA, and at J.J Hospital and KEM Hospital in Bombay India. Dr Shah attended Grant Medical College in India and was awarded his medical degree by Bombay University. He also has a Master’s degree in Computer Science. In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys playing golf, swimming, tennis, listening to music and traveling with family.
