Dr. Maxim Moradian, MD, QME is a quintuple board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Sports Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and Brain Injury Medicine. He is known for his calm demeanor, clear communication, and patient-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, education, and shared decision-making. Dr. Moradian focuses on thoughtful, non-surgical solutions and designs personalized treatment plans aimed at improving function, longevity, and quality of life.

He is the founder and medical director of Interventional Spine Care and Orthopedic Regenerative Experts (iSCORE), a Southern California practice specializing in non-operative orthopedics, sports medicine, and regenerative therapies. With over a decade of experience, he treats a wide range of patients, from professional athletes to injured workers, and also serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator within California’s workers’ compensation system. A Southern California native, Dr. Moradian is deeply committed to his community and, outside the clinic, enjoys an active lifestyle with his family, including travel, hiking, and sports.
