Dr. Maxim Moradian, MD, QME is a quintuple board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Sports Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and Brain Injury Medicine. He is known for his calm demeanor, clear communication, and patient-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, education, and shared decision-making. He is the founder and medical director of Interventional Spine Care and Orthopedic Regenerative Experts (iSCORE), a Southern California practice specializing in non-operative orthopedics, sports medicine, and regenerative therapies. With over a decade of experience, he treats a wide range of patients, from professional athletes to injured workers, and also serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator within California’s workers’ compensation system. A Southern California native, Dr. Moradian is deeply committed to his community and, outside the clinic, enjoys an active lifestyle with his family, including travel, hiking, and sports.
