Sarah Yoon, MD

Dr. Sarah Yoon is a board-certified physiatrist and pain medicine specialist dedicated to helping patients achieve reduced pain and improved function. Her passion for the field stems from her own experience recovering from a spinal injury sustained while snowboarding in college, which required a spinal fusion and gave her firsthand insight into the physical and emotional challenges that pain and recovery can bring. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of spine, shoulder, hip, and knee conditions, taking a comprehensive approach that focuses on identifying the underlying causes of pain and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals. Dr. Yoon earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society in recognition of her academic excellence and participation in international medical volunteer work. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to return to the activities that matter most to them. Outside of medicine, Dr. Yoon enjoys tennis, pickleball, travel, and spending time with her family.
