Dr. Palvia believes in a research-based, multidisciplinary approach and is dedicated to holistically alleviating patients’ pain and suffering while improving their functionality and quality of life. With his "4 Phases of Care" strategy, he is able to tailor treatment plans to patients’ specific needs.

Because of his extensive experience in the clinical application of stem cells from bone marrow concentrate for the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Palvia is a recognized leader and specialist in regenerative medicine and non-surgical orthopedics.

Dr. Palvia grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, but has roots in India and is fluent in Hindi. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. When possible, he loves to explore everything New York City has to offer.
