Doctors

I became a doctor because I had multiple sports injuries as a young man and I had loved ones living with chronic pain. I fell in love with biomechanics during the rehab process and decided to pursue a career in medicine and specifically physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). My approach to patient care is that every single patient is a VIP. I pride myself on being consistent and thorough with all of my evaluations and treatments. I moved from Philadelphia, PA to Broomfield, CO in June 2024 to train at the prestigious Interventional Orthopedics Fellowship at the Centeno Schultz clinic. After completion of fellowship, I decided to stay and work with the amazing team at CSC.

Dr. Pelle is a highly accomplished physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a deep passion for interventional orthopedics. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020 and subsequently completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He has a strong research background, notably winning an award at the 2023 Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation (IOF) Max Meeting for his research abstract.

Dr. Pelle is passionate about medical education and has served as an instructor for resident and medical student ultrasound courses at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as various educational programs. His research and clinical interests include the use of regenerative medicine techniques such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and mesenchymal stem cells in orthopedic and musculoskeletal health. Outside of medicine, Dr. Pelle is an avid reader who reads multiple books a month, enjoys hiking, traveling, skiing, pheasant and duck hunting, weightlifting, men’s health, nutrition, optimizing athletic performance, and spending time with his wife and children.

*This provider is NOT authorized by Regenexx to treat the C0-C1 or C1-C2 levels of the neck or CCI (craniocervical instability).

During Regenexx’s outpatient procedures, custom concentrations of your body’s natural healing agents are injected into the exact areas of the nerve impingement to loosen the pinching and restore function. Treatments use only your own blood to make super-concentrated platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or your own bone marrow concentrate (BMC), which contains stem cells.

Downtime is a fraction of what it is with surgery and generally requires little or no need for opioid pain medications or time off of work.

Am I a candidate?

Watch a real Regenexx hand procedure performed by a certified Regenexx physician:

Our goal is to use the least invasive, least expensive procedure to get the desired results. Your Regenexx physician will work with you to determine whether that would be a platelet procedure or a BMC procedure.

Join Chris Centeno, MD, founder of Regenexx, to learn how Regenexx procedures can help treat your hand injury or condition without surgery and lead to a faster recovery.

During this free webinar you’ll learn:

  • How procedures using bone marrow concentrate and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) compare to surgery and other hip pain treatment options
  • Regenexx procedure expectations
  • Answers to the most common questions about regenerative medicine treatments
