Since opening her own practice in 2002, Dr. Lendermon has been on the cutting edge of the latest non-surgical orthopedic procedures.
Her philosophy: “Offer research-based, outcome-driven treatments to reduce pain, improve mobility and function and return patients to their active lifestyle quickly.” And she strives to remain educated and trained on the latest technologies to provide state-of-the-art treatments, while providing customized care for each patient.
Dr. Lendermon is a member of the Academy of Regenerative Medicine, The OrthoBiologic Institute, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
She is involved extensively in educating other physicians in regenerative medicine and is on faculty with The OrthoBiologic Institute.

Since 2018, Dr. McGaughey has worked to provide comprehensive management options for patients suffering with pain. He enjoys spending time with his patients in the clinic or at the bedside listening and discussing treatment plans. Over his career, Dr. McGaughey has found that many patients present with an incomplete understanding of the cause of their pain. He enjoys reviewing prior imaging and diagnostic studies with patients to ensure they have a deep understanding of the findings.
Dr. McGaughey was born in west Tennessee and was educated throughout the southeastern United States. He has cared for patients throughout west Tennessee and Mississippi.
He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, through the University Honors Program. Dr. McGaughey attended the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, graduating in 2012. After completing a residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident, he entered private practice.
Dr. McGaughey is a partner in BD Labs, which focuses on hatching, developing and growing technology based startups. In addition he has served in medical society positions both at the state and national level and is a partner in several real estate investment and holding companies.
